My health and wellness journey began ten years ago when I moved to California, seeking a fresh start after struggling with health challenges, including rheumatoid arthritis. Immersing myself in a supportive fitness community, I embraced a healthier lifestyle, cleaned up my diet, and gradually transformed my well-being. Encouraged by the gym owner, I became a fitness trainer, sparking my passion for guiding others on their health journeys.
Vinyasa flow classes designed to strengthen and lengthen the body, connect breath with movement, and create a moving meditation that brings balance, ease, and flexibility.
My massage therapy practice is dedicated to relieving muscle tension, supporting recovery, and restoring balance through therapeutic touch and guided stretching. Each session is designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and nurture the spirit—helping you feel renewed, grounded, and fully restored.
